Spiritual Healing ... A journey through seven chakras
In this work, we take you on a journey through each of your seven chakras, to explore them, to understand them, and to heal them. This is a
Ten Session Program designed to free you from limitations and help you become whole.
In every session, you receive Healing Energies in addition to doing the work of the session.
The first three sessions focus on the first three chakras. Session four is a meditation session to heal and seal the work done in the first three.
Session five is dedicated to the Heart Chakra and that is followed in session six by a Heart Chakra Meditation. Sessions seven, eight and
nine work on the fifth, sixth and seventh chakras. Session ten completes the program with Meditation.
Each chakra holds the memories and wounds of our past. This holding can lead us to make today's decisions based on outdated information,
perception, and viewpoint. By taking a look at what you have there and making some new choices, you can blossom to your best self!

Root Chakra - Muladhara Session One
Earth, Physical identity, oriented to self-preservation.
This chakra is located at the base of the spine or coccyx area and forms your foundation. It
represents the element earth, and is therefore related to your survival instincts and to your sense
of grounding and connection to your body and the physical plane.
This chakra effects your body heat as well as, the general vitality and growth of infants and
children. Ideally this Chakra brings health, prosperity, security, and dynamic presence.
Problems with the family, and with groups in general, are stored in this chakra. Ideas and
perspectives about groups and how to relate to them are formed at an early age. This creates a set
of expectation that we require others to fulfill for us. Expectations create frustration when others
don't live up to them.
Malfunction of this chakra manifests as arthritis, spinal ailments, blood ailments, cancer, bone
cancer, allergy, low vitality, growth problem and slow healing of wounds and broken bones

Fire, Ego identity, oriented to self-definition
This Chakra is known as the power Chakra, located in the solar plexus. It rules your personal
power, will, and autonomy, as well as your metabolism. This chakra controls and energies the
diaphragm, liver, pancreas and stomach. When healthy, this Chakra brings energy, effectiveness,
spontaneity, and non-dominating power.
Problems with how we view ourself is stored in this chakra. We're taught at a young age, to give
our authority to others. So we rely on others for our sense of self, our definition of self. We really
don't see ourselves clearly at all.
Malfunction of this chakra manifests as diabetes, ulcer, hepatitis and heart ailments. This chakra
also effects the quality of blood because it controls and energizes the liver which detoxifies the
blood.

Meditation Session Four
After all the clearing and healing work done in the first three sessions, it's time to rest and integrate. There are many methods and types of
meditation, so a special mediation is designed for your needs. If you need to sit in a chair, you sit in a chair. If you need to lie flat on a table, so be
it. The purpose of mediation is to connect with the higher self, the higher consciousness, and how it's done is of little importance.
Mediation gets you out of the mind and all it's mental chatter. It allows you the space to hold a broader perspective on all that you've done. Most of
the problems we all face as humans are stored in the first three chakras. This is not a blame game toward our parents or other authorities. This is
a step toward understanding, release and personal freedom.

Air, Social identity, oriented to self-acceptance

opposites in the psyche: mind and body, male and female, persona and shadow, ego and unity. It energizes and controls the heart, the thymus
gland and the circulatory system. A healthy fourth Chakra allows you to love deeply, feel compassion, and have a deep sense of peace and
centeredness.
Problems with love relationships are stored in this chakra. This can be between lovers, parent and child, or two friends. All of the pain, grief,
disappointment, betrayal, and loss are here. Clearing this chakra creates a clean slate for all loving relationships and helps us move toward
unconditional love.
Malfunction of this chakra manifests as asthma, tuberculosis, lung problems, heart and circulatory ailments.

Throat Chakra - Vishuddha Session Seven
Sound, Creative identity, oriented to self-expression
This Chakra is located in the center of throat and is thus related to communication and creativity. It controls and energizes the throat, thyroid
glands and lymphatic system. Here you experience the world symbolically through

Light, Archetypal identity, oriented to self-reflection
This Chakra is known as the brow Chakra or third eye center. It's located at the area between the eyebrows. It controls and energizes the
pituitary gland, the endocrine glands and energizes the brain to certain extent. This chakra relates to the act of seeing, both physically and
intuitively. As such it opens your psychic faculties and your understanding of archetypal levels. When healthy it allows you to see clearly, in
effect, letting you “see the big picture.”
Problems of trust and clarity are stored in this chakra. If your ability to see beyond the physical is impaired, it's impossible to trust yourself.
When you're unable to trust yourself, you can't trust others.
Malfunction of this chakra manifest as eye and ear problems.
Light, Archetypal identity, oriented to self-reflection

world of a timeless, spaceless and place of all-knowing. When developed, this Chakra brings you knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual
connection, and bliss.
Problems of knowing are stored in this chakra. Most of us are knowledgeable in many ways, but lack knowing. Knowing lies beyond logic,
beyond reason, as those are the tools of the mind. True knowing comes from beyond the mind, it comes from consciousness.

need for change, if in no other. Be grateful for all that has happened, it's gotten you here!
