This is an experiential class open to people at all levels.
You do not need to be able to sit in a lotus pose at all.
You can if you want to, however most people sit in a comfortable chair and learn to relax.
Meditation is really about learning how to give your mind a rest.
We rest our physical bodies each night in sleep, however the mind is still active.
An overactive mind is the plague of western society.
Learning how to discover the stillness deep within can be a springboard for clarity, intuition, inspiration, creativity and more!

Shammy Singh, the moderator of this class, has extensive personal experience with meditation and perhaps a different understanding about what meditation is.
He is also a naturally gifted healer and has trained in a form of healing called Pranic Healing.
During the meditation, he will work with each of you energetically to help you reach to depths of silence that you may have not previously experienced.
